Who we are
Edmer Gatchalian Personal Real Estate Corporation, licensed with eXp Realty, British Columbia.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, the information you choose to share in forms (for example, your buying or selling timeline or price range), and basic site analytics.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services, and — only with your consent — send market updates and helpful information.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run this site and manage contacts, including website hosting and database (Lovable/Supabase), automation (Zapier), CRM (kvCORE/BoldTrail), a website chat assistant (Chatbase), and AI-assisted drafting tools. Some store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to those countries' laws.
AI disclosure
We use AI-assisted tools to help draft communications and organize information. A licensed real estate professional reviews communications before they're sent. The website chat assistant is automated.
